The hotel had very spacious and modern rooms, but my rest was disturbed by a loud noise in the middle of the night. The breakfast area was quite busy, and I didn't get the peace I needed.

However, I was promptly moved to a bigger, wheelchair accessible room at no extra cost, although it faced some challenges with its location above the restaurant sign. The service was outstanding, with a very helpful and patient staff. The location was convenient and offered a great complimentary breakfast, but there was room for improvement to match other Best Westerns in Canada. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with friendly staff and clean surroundings, but limited food options. Overall, a decent stay with its share of positives and negatives.
The hotel is conveniently located near YXX airport and offers easy access to shops and restaurants. The room we booked with two queen beds wasn't ready when we arrived, resulting in a delay in check-in.
